KCC carries out underwater removal and refitting of fixed-pitch propellers for inspection, repair, or replacement — avoiding the time and cost of dry-docking. Works are carried out using specialist underwater hydraulic tools and lifting equipment.

Underwater removal of propeller using hydraulic puller
Inspection of propeller shaft taper and keyway
Refitting of propeller with correct torque and locking arrangements
